Restaurant Sales

Ever since Alice Waters opened the doors of Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA in 1971, the farm-to-table movement has slowly been gaining ground.  These days, many restaurants offer their customers farm-fresh, chemical-free food and ethically-raised meats.

Here at Holcomb Farm, we work with a special handful of restaurants and stores in the area to provide their customers with fresh, local produce.

A sample of our offerings include specialty greens, heirloom tomatoes, fresh herbs, new potatoes, carrots, onions, beets, cabbage, kale, collards, chard, squash, melon, even flowers!

Holcomb Farm produce may be found at  Metro Bis in Simsbury, Present Company in Tariffville, The Sweet Beet in Granby, and Heirloom Kitchen Catering, among others.
