This all-levels class is designed to help you move\, breathe\, reconnect\, and soak in the afternoon light with a gentle\, trauma-informed practice. \nWhere: The Knoll\, on the Holcomb Tree Trail\nWhen: Meet at North Barn parking lot: 113 Simsbury Road at 5PM\nWe will head up to the knoll at 5:15\nYoga Start Time: 5:30PM \nWhat to bring: Please bring your mat\, water\, layers\, bug spray\, and anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors. \nProps will not be available\, so plan accordingly. \nTo register please email: laura@holcombfarm.org. \nAnia is a locally based therapist specializing in trauma informed psychotherapy. Teresa specializes in inpatient psychiatric medical management\, helping individuals with complex mental health needs. Both Ania and Teresa completed 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT). \nYoga has been linked to improved stress response and emotional balance and this class is intended as a supportive movement practice rather than clinical mental health treatment. \nAll are welcome.
